This doesn't look good. new 284 Winchester brass

I just received two bags of new 284 Winchester brass. First thing I noticed was the primer holes elongated. Looks like it might have been double punched or something, seems bigger than my primer hole reamer. Its not one, like most.

Here's a pic. I'm thinking about returning them.. Do u agree?

I have taken more than one bag of Winchester back in my life... The last bag I got looked like rejects they scraped off the floor with a shovel... They were real bad...

I cringed, kicked and cried like a baby the first time I bought Lapua brass. I use 6.5-284 necked to 6-284. I lost 2 cases during the necking down process, (my first wildcat) the other 98 are still going. 4 years later.

My son in law bought 500rds of 284 Winchester brass and out of the 500 he was able to only get 100 cases that were not like your picture. Many were worse. I have a bunch of the old 284 Winchester brass and have shot it for years. It was great brass, the new stuff is JUNK!!!

Does Winchester even make their own brass today? I've heard it was outsourced. Hearsay of coarse.
I'm glad Peterson and alpha are up and running and hope they fill some gaps soon. I still gravitate to European made brass if quality is what I want.
My last foray in win brass was 243 for a 6slr, never again.
