I can vouch for the Creedmoor to compete with any caliber at mid range F open. I'm shooting a Borden BRMXD, 30" Krieger, McMillan kestros, 1.5 oz jewel and Nightforce BR, weighing in at 21lbs 15 oz. The Creedmoor is very easy to tune and keep in tune with a very large tune window. I'll be willing to debate this with any of the Creed haters out there because I've been shooting a 6.5 Creedmoor for about 6 years now.
I previously ran H414 thru a30" Krieger and pushed a 140 Berger hybrid 3080 fps but that load burnt the throat out at 1200 rounds. Currently loading H4350 at 2860 fps which I've found to be the most consistent. Yep I'll keep my Creedmoor.
