The balloon had USA parts in it. First thing is ID the companies and forbid them to do commerce with any other country. Then take a look at their background to see who else they have supplied. And decide if it`s hammer time. This crap must stop! I can`t understand an American Company supplying the Chi Coms with anything. I thought they "Chi Coms" made everything they needed? It has no human occupant so no need to use helium. Helium is almost gone and is very expensive now, all the soccer moms bought it up for their party balloons. Just like all the mommies sitting with the motor running and the AC on twice a day to pick up junior from school are the cause of high gas prices and global warming. They made it unsafe for junior to walk to school cause they didn't want flip the switch on child molesters and murderers. So now when you drive by school you see 75 or 100 cars sitting with the motors on and AC going while junior is walking to the car.

Sounds like the Washington goofballs would have let it flyover the lower 48 again had it been flying at a higher altitude
