Yeah I did it, my fault. Rifle fell over banged the scope now it’s all f#$ked up. Lost my zero and now the scope points about 4 feet right and I don’t have enough left windage to come back to zero. I’m screwed!

Called Sightron explained what happened and I did it. Send it to us they said so I did. 10 days later (including a weekend) I got the scope back with a letter explaining what they fixed and everything was covered by warranty.

im a big fan of Sightron scopes, I've never had to use their warranty but post like this make me feel better if the need arises

Yes I was totally surprised by their CS. Only other one I’ve dealt with and I believe is also customer friendly is Dillon and RCBS.

They are great company on customer service. I own 4 of the big 50x scopes.
Had issue with one. They fixed me up.
No charge. I don’t think any other scope company has as good as CS as Sightron. Marty

I just received a new 34mm. Sightron for my new build. This is my fifth. I too have never had to utilize their customer service but have heard only good things about them. Great service means return sales, very astute on their part.
