sightron help

Hey guys. I have a sightron slll 10x50x56. might be a 60 but any how, I bought this scope second hand. With the original box. I believe this scope doesnt stay zeroed like it should. I have to reset everytime out to the range. We shoot at least twice a week. Sometimes more. It sits on a 6bra. And it doesn't get abused. It fell once from a hay bell. That was a soft fall. It knocked the zero off by 4.5 foot at 150 target. My question is, This.
Would sightron even attempt to help fix it if anything can be done? I guess the warranty is void huh? Any comments welcome.
