Last Tuesday morning, I put 3 fired cases in the mail to Harrels for a new die.
This morning the said die arrived. Service doesn't get any better than that.

Now, if the supplier of the redding bushings could move things along........

I placed a telephone order for a Harrels muzzle brake, on a Tuesday morning, and the following Thursday, a little over 48 hours later, it was in my mailbox. A perfect screw-on fit to my muzzle diameter. Pay on the enclosed invoice. Shipment traveled from Salem VA to 12 miles South of Pittsburgh, Pa. A great company, no doubt about it.

They are great to deal with. I ordered a tuner from them and it was shipped before they even had payment. It also showed up in about a week which is pretty quick seeing I am in Canada.

Harrels are the best in every way, friendly service, promptness, quality and great communications. And they seem to have time to actually talk to you on the phone about anything and everything and you don't get an answering service unless they are actually away.
