Teslong customer service

mirror fell off my Teslong boresope assembly and disappeared. went to the Teslong website and ordered the $15 mirror assembly direct from them. they took the money but no indication they have sent it. on their website, my order says only"complete" under my orders page. i have sent two e mails to them regarding the status of the order and shipping info, but have not heard one word back. I ordered it on July 7th. anyone have experience dealing direct from them?

Probably depends on our current relationship with China, since test long is located there.

They have a person out of California that is shipping to people in the US too. They’re normally Johnny-on-the-spot with customer service so something must be up.
