Teslong bore scope issue..

i just got my bore scope today and LOVE it. I bought the one with the screen.

The clarity of the camera is amazing, the fit and finish of the system is also amazing...the whole damn package is!

Except...when going down the bore, the light will go off and then back on depending on the orientation of the "wand".

It wont do it OUTSIDE of the bore.

Is this a common issue? Is there a fix?

No, this is not a common issue. You can not get the light to fail outside of the bore when twisting the unit? Strange. Possible broken wire. I would return it for a replacement.

correct. When going down the bore the light will just flicker and go out. I can raise the end of it and it will come back on. It does seem to be a loose connection somewhere within the unit.

replaced and new one has no issues...great product for the money!
