Teddy vs Panda

Is there any difference in the tenons of a Teddy and Panda actions? Is the headspace the same? Thanks, James

Teddy is longer (like old Grizzly/Polar) wont interchange with Panda....Unlesss you use washer/spacer on long thread...but Panda bbls wont work on Teddy...Roger
Check answer on Benchrest central....they give lengths ...but dont mention old actions....

As stated above they are not the same. The Teddy/Polar are longer. You can make a Panda barrel fit a Teddy by moving the shoulder forward [ not the best idea] . You can always check with Kelbys.

Thanks. There is a good buy on a used Teddy, and I did not think that the tenons were the same length. I got the measurements on BC forum. Thanks for the response. James

No problem with turning the shoulder back to fit a Teddy. Worrks just fine. I've won matches with one done this way with hot loads and lots of reloads.--Mike Ezell
