Target turret covers

Has anyone come up with a good cover for target turrets? I have a leupold with the tapered target turrets and a couple leupolds with the p5 dials. The dials are not secure enough that I want to leave them uncovered all the time.
I was thinking a piece of plastic tubing or something held on velcro or some kind of bungee. Anyone else had luck?

Why would you try to make a solution for something that's not a problem? Those turrets are not that easy to turn and it takes about half a second to look and make sure it's on zero

Belt and suspenders I guess. The leupold p5 dials are crap though compared to the target turrets.

The br scopes with target turrets came with those flared ones and the straight ones with the cap. You may can put up a wtb ad for some a guy may have laying around or get a new set from leupold since they are the same as the current model target turrets
