Butler creek flip up covers

Does anyone know which scope cover will fit the VX-6 7-42 56mm objective? I'm primarily interested in the objective lens cover. With the fast focus on the rear I think it would be pointless.

OR Does anyone make a set of slip on covers for it? Front and rear......not the rubber one with a bungee in between, just a set of slip on "cups"...
