since people complain about the rated speeds these are what I found during testing:
ammo tested:
Lapua Center-x with lot speed of 25 (1066 FT/S)
Lapua Center-x with lot speed of 29 (1079 Ft/S)
Lapua Xact with lot speed of 26 (1070 Ft/s)
all were tested on same day at around an ambient Temp of 88-101. Tested with Garmin Xero with 30-50 shots per group.

First Rifle: Savage-Anschutz 64 Match with 26" barrel
CX with lot speed of 25 tested at 1072 Ft/s at a SD of 7.9
CX with lot speed of 29 tested at 1081 Ft/s at a SD of 7.7
Xact with lot speed of 26 tested at 1076 Ft/s at a SD of 6.9

Second Rifle: CZ457 Varmint MTR (new rifle) with 20.5" barrel
CX with lot speed of 25 tested at 1102 Ft/s at a SD of 7.8
CX with lot speed of 29 tested at 1125 Ft/s at a SD of 4.7
Xact with lot speed of 26 tested at 1120 Ft/s at a SD of 6.6

also showed me that velocity slightly drops with 26" barrel.

Published or lot derived MVs are not especially meaningful. Average MVs for the same lot may vary by rifle, even with barrels of the same length. Bore characteristics play an important role.

Average MVs for the same lot will vary according to temperature. They will be faster as temps increase, slower when temps fall.

Your results with the 26in barrel were extremely close to the ratings. Eley chronos their ammo thru 26in test barrels and I've yet to see a lot of it that's not 20/30 fps faster than the rating, regardless of barrel length.

You have to consider the Lapua test barrels length and how wore out it is. I would say your 26” barrels is allot closed than what I would normally expect on my 24” unlimited gun which usually is much higher than the labeled speed..
