I did get 1 sample bullet. Very interesting, I look forward to seeing more results from testing. I won’t spill the beans regarding secrets other that it’s a turned solid copper bullet…but a few more features I’m not at liberty to talk about.

I’m trying to digest that as well.
I shoot 35.7 grns of N130 behind my own 112 grn bullet at about 3050 fps. It would seem that 34 grains of N120 behind a 108 would definitely be a “hotter” load. How much hotter, I don’t know.

I have always wanted to explore an “upper load window” with my 30 BR, much like many of us do with the 6PPC. 30BR’s really shoot well in what I think is probably a medium window load. Brass last for an eternity. So pushing it harder, say in the 3150 fps range with a 112, might be counter productive.

I can assure you that 3150 is a great node with a 108 grain bullet.

I'm working with a 30BRS (.080 longer than the standard 30BR), N130 37.1 grains with BIB 112 running 3250 FPS, shoots really good and had I gotten the opportunity to come this year that is what I would have been shooting.

Is the shoulder moved ..080 further forward?
My overall chamber length is 1.550, with a trim to length of 1.540. But the base to shoulder is standard 30BR.

This is where my rifle came alive with the 108 gr. Cline and VV-N120. Shot several zeros and ones with that load @ 100 yds.

Thats why the powder change to vv120.
I did experiment with V 120 in the 30 br, until I found lt-30. This was during the H-4198 dark days.
V-120 was very snappy in recoil, a 13.5 pound gun. Now if I was shooting it in a much heavier gun, that might make the difference. Not sure what the rifle weight limit is, in the tac driver. But I would add the weight.
