switching barrels

I currently have a 6.5x284, and am thinking of getting another
barrel made up in 6.5x47 Lapua, so when the 284 is toast I'll
just keep shooting the 6.5x47. Is there much problem switching
barrels? Would it be fairly easy to do at the range to shoot
in another class? Action is 700 Remington.

No problem switching barrels, if you have a action wrench and barrel vise. The only problem I see is having to clamp barrel vise to something solid at the range.

I know of a few folks that have a barrel vise attached to the bumper during shoots...
Switching is quick and easy with the right stuff to do it......
