Swarovski repair

Has anyone had any experience with Swarovski repair service, epically when you do not have the warranty card?
 
I had a piece of debris in my Z8i reticle last year that just wouldn’t go away. I contacted the company, and they had me send it in. It went to their facility in Austria and was back at my door in a month. They did not give me any sort of a runaround.
 
I inherited an old set of Binos. They needed a refurbish. I did the online service request and sent them in. Came back in under 2 weeks in very good shape compared to how I sent them.
