Supplies available at Perry

As most of us do, I'll go to Perry to shoot, but also to stock up for supplies for the following year(10-12 lbs of varget, 1,500 Bergers and a few thousand primers) with the shortages, any clue what vendors will have available. I shoot the last week at Perry(LR) so I go up durring pistol week before all supplies are gone. Don't want to waste a trip if suppliers are not going to have it.

That is what I was thinking too...I was going to call fur fin and feather, Sinclair, etc. since I do the same thing. might not be much of a point if the place is stripped out the first day of the national matches...If anyone know anything about this please post. I am starting to get uncomfortably low on small pistol, small rifle.

Depending on where you're coming from, if you are driving up Interstate 71, there is a Fur, Fin, and Feather right at the US250 exit for Ashland, Ohio.
Last time I was there, they had a huge stock of everything for reloaders. I was very pleasantly surprised, and plan to stop in there myself at next opportunity.

I would consider just going there for a milk run...not the closest place to where I live but they are good people. besides they have funny tshirts. ;D

I will be at Perry in July for the pistol matches and would be glad to report back what the vendors have during the week if you guys would be interested. Pistol shooters don't typically buy lots of rifle powders from what I've seen in the past, but, considering how things are going...that could be different this year.

You got it doc. I will give a report when they open and will update it as the week goes on in case some of you want to come up during pistol. If for no other reason you should just come up to visit me at the Coastie Trailer!!!

I live near FFF in Middleburg Hts., OH. Last week they didn't have any powder except shotgun. No rifle primers, a few bullets. I would phone before driving any distance. There is also a FFF in Canton Ohio.

It would help other forum members when you make statements like "Last time I was there, they had a huge stock of everything for reloaders" if you would give a time frame for a reference. Was it yesterday, last week, last month, last year or when. By the way, the last time I ordered powder and reloading supplies from company XYZ they had a huge stock of everything for reloaders. Did I mention that was a year ago?
