Supertrickler

I have used the AutoTrickler, both v2 and v4, along with the Supertrickler with the AI 3.1 update. I still have the V4.

If you do not want to spend time reading and learning how to use the software, stay away from the Supertrickler.

The Supertrickler with AI was as fast and as accurate as the V4. The Supertrickler can be programmed to do things that the V4 can not. But, for something this complicated to use, there should be better support.

The manual for the Supertrickler is pretty good in giving step by step guidance for some things. For others, not so good. There are some really good videos out there that if you find them, which again takes time, walk you theough the more complicated functions. But, they are not from the manufacturer and are not compiled on one place.

On the other hand, using the V4 is straight forward and customer support is second to none.

The only other thing is that you are going to spill grains of powder using the Supertrickler. And, if you are a kernel or two off and want to add or take away, it is easy to do with the V4. With the Supertrickler it is not as easy and you may as well dump the load and rethrow.

I upgraded from v3.0.7 to v3.1 and today loaded some. v3.1 is clearly more stable than previous versions. After loading I decided to reset learning for all three and stats so I could see how it did. All this with Varget.

13 charges to get to where it turned off learning (including monitoring). At that point I reset stats again.
18 charges at 100% with average 8.8 seconds, 19 overthrow, 20 on, 21 over, then 22-25 on. I stopped at that point. I can say with my unit that's by far the best and most consistent its ever been.

I'll likely try v3.2 next, although the IT person in me says to wait for a .1 version ;)
rolling back to v3.1 is easy enough so not a huge deal if it's buggy.

update: I did upgrade mine to v3.2 and while it shows some promise I'd have to say v3.1 seemed better but I didn't test much on v3.2

Yesterday I upgraded from v3.2 to v3.2.2 and tested with Varget. Followed the companion guide, no issues. Tested to 20 good loads. It did take something like 5-7 overthrows to get it in the groove but after that only one overthrow. This is with pulse enabled as I was doing the initial learning (soft reset for that profile), I did not test the new feature where pulse is disabled.
