I'm surprised that no one on this website has hasn't said anything about this powder measure/thrower that's looks like it's going to give the V4 a run for its money. It's very new and apparently just coming onto the market. IMHO, it looks like something that's very promising.

6 pages of blather over on the Hide.

Don't have it in hand yet, so no opinion one way or the other.

There were overthrows in that video review while demonstrating with H4350. The unit is fast, but you will still get overthrows from the look of it.

It would be great to see the AT and or the ST incorporate the Ingenuity Trickler style rotating plate for the fine trickle. The V3 and V4 with the Ingenuity is very fast and very rarely over throws.

I've been very interested in one of these. But its been so long, I've come close to going elsewhere. What's it been? Two years of vaproware?

If you paid attention, this was him doing lots of tweaks outside of factory settings trying to get fast as possible with acceptable accuracy. It is also a pre-production model.

I'm not sure I'd judge this vs a V3/V4 by that video.

It's been a very long time since I first heard about this product.... Then radio silence. When something does that, it's generally not good news.

It used to be posted on the Area 419 site, saying something about them being the exclusive dealer for the US. But that's been gone several months.

I've been following it for a long time out of curiosity. The problems were supply chain related in the last 18 months getting chips, parts, assemblies, etc.

Supposedly production models were going to start shipping last week. Not sure if that happened. I placed an order awhile back. I’d like to compare it to the V4. That being said the V4 is relatively easy to clean out, throws to the grain, and dispenses powder as fast as I can possibly seat a bullet.

I'm looking forward to giving it a run when it shows up.

I'm okay with the occasional overthrow. I also appreciate that bright red/green light for the warning.

Any trickler with a tube or even vibe is subject to the occasional overthrow. Even the Prometheus and Ingenuity Precision tricklers had times when an extra powder kernel would jump into a slot and end the world... LOL

Am also looking forward to seeing it being given a run around here. I like its features, but wonder if it has the equality build of something like the V4 or is it more like a Frankford Arsenal product?

I like it's interface and that it has its own rather than having to use a phone. Also, I like the vibrator trickling over the rotating cylinder type trickler for speed and accuracy, though, as you say, it's still subject to overthrows.

I don't like having to lift the unit off the scale to empty the powder, reminiscent of RCBS Matchmaster.

Guess, we'll see when more of them hit the market.

I have ordered one. It was $725 total, with shipping. However, I do already have the scale which would be additional cost, if you don’t have one. They do have a package of the trickler and the scale, but I’m not sure what the price on that is. I have been told a December delivery date. I think that there are about 700 orders in for it, as of today.

If you don't mind my asking, what scale does it function with?
