Heck James..I was already on the lookout for a $200 Nightforce....just one that's not hot. :) I'll keep looking! Sorry to hear about this and I'll keep my eyes open.

I was a "victim" my self not long ago.

Many more on this Forum also have been victims. Law abiding people and thieves are not one and the same.

And being fair, you deserve something as well . . . but I will have to stop here.

Dennis

Give it some thought. Before it goes further, we sponsor several shooters, including myself, support many charities, and always willing to help any organization we can. We generously give back to our customers as many others do as well. All the big box stores will do the same, including Bass Pro, Cabelas, Sinclairs, Midway, and too many more to name right along with the small stores, many being vendors here.

One thing that really make us feel real good is when we can help a youth get started or sponsor a youth program. Many here have jumped in "many" times to help

I am glad they made the post and will make a copy and keep it close by.

Was that an employee theft? That's a lot of inventory to haul out without knowing the security system operation.

Update: If it's the same outpost armory, an ex-employee was arrested for the thefts and $5000 worth of merchandise has been recovered.

In rochester and the surrounding towns about 5 years ago,a gang from new york city came up here and stole every handgun and ar-15,ak-47 in about 5 gunshops in the area. These guys are used to cleaning out a store in about 5 minutes and are fully prepared to defend their operation if caught in the act. After a long investigation some of them were caught and very few guns were recovered. This happened 2 times in our history of robberys in this area alone.

I am presently not in the gun business however this thread has nothing to do with your war against me or phil. You seem to lack compassion and I sincerely hope you stop attacking people for everything they try to post. Now back to the original posters concerns.I hope the local police look into gang activity as it exists everywhere these days.I hope they get caught and go to prison.

Here's an update of the post I made on the stolen goods.

I posted this with serial numbers so to help you guys from possibly finding a good deal only later to find out the item is stolen and confiscated and questioned for owning stolen property. So before you make a purchase that seems too good to be true reference here for serial numbers.
