Stock refinishing—who do you suggest?

I have had good results refinishing several rifle stocks the last couple of years using Chambers Oil finish. Well I have met my match with this existing Tikka stock. First, I can’t seem to get the stock stained to the color I prefer, and can’t get the final coat finish to look satisfactory, even with the use of pumice powder. Looking for suggestions from you all on who I could send the stock to get that deep, rich, satin hand rubbed oil finish.its a beautiful piece of figured wood going on my last 20 cal wildcat (hopefully), so I want it right.

No doubt BC’z would give it a killer finish.

@AMG04 builds some nice stocks that all have that satin finish. Could check if he’d just do the finishing work.
