SELLING Steelman 2” Wide Rear Rudder

I have been selling these since 2021 through word of mouth, friends, and stock makers who have added these as a standard configuration. Never posted them on here, but it has come to my attention that someone is now copying my design and selling here, no better time than the present to offer my original design here on Accurate Shooter.

These are a standard drop in fit for Alex Wheeler’s original LRB stock design and rudder inlet (5” hole spacing). I know Ronnie Milford and Shannon Webb are also offering stocks with these installed as a standard offering.

I have 3 materials available:

Delrin - approx. 0.5 lbs - $100
Aluminum - approx. 1 lbs - $100
Stainless Steel - approx. 3 lbs - $140

$10 flat rate shipping on any QTY

I have a few Delrin in stock (now sold out of Delrin, will update when I have more) , several aluminum, and several stainless steel.

I have some more pics of these on guns I will add in subsequent posts as allowed. (Bump limit)

+1 for Thomas’s rudders. I have 4 long range bench guns. 3 of them have Thomas’s rudder on them, and I’m quite literally having Shannon Webb do another stock for me just so all my guns can be the same and have 4” fronts and Steelman rudders on the back. I can’t say enough good things about them. Also a side note for anyone interested in a rudder, rear bags aren’t a big deal to get. Protektor regularly keeps a fair amount of these rear bags in stock now just for these rudders.

I'll take one delrin and one stainless steel. PM for details.

All PMs replied to.

Thanks everyone for the support.

I believe I am now sold out of delrin. Still have some aluminum and stainless steel available.

A few more pics of these on guns for anyone interested.

So this is a direct replacement for the rudder on the Wheeler LRB?? And what exact bag would it take.
I’ve been wanting to add a little weight to the rear of my stock and this may be what I was looking for and didn’t know it

Yessir it is. Several of the stocks in the above pictures are Wheeler LRBs. Most people use a Protektor Flat Top Dr. Bag with 2” ear spacing. I prefer cordura ear material and tall ears.

It may help folks decide which one they need if you have the weights for each different material.
I have found I could not sue more than the Delrin best for LG weight.

I would say most light guns are using delrin, but if you can go aluminum, it’s putting weight in a good place. I have a wheeler light fill that makes weight easily with an aluminum 2” rudder.
