Just got a Harrells premium powder measure and am wondering what others do to minimize the static in the drop tube when you drop a charge into a scale pan (metal) to weigh for final trickle? There is always a few kernels of powder that bounce out of the pan if I don't hold the drop tube really close or on the pan. This seems to make a few kernels hang up on the inside of the drop tube near the bottom. Would a dryer sheet rubbed on the inside of the tube be a problem? I was using a spray paint can cover to drop the charges last night to eliminate the kernels bouncing out and than pouring into the pan on my FX-120i, but that is a PITA if you are loading for a 2 day match or weekend of p-dog shooting.
