I purchased a 14 gun Stack on safe from Alco that was going out of business locally for 135.00 with the knowledge there was no combination with it. I know there are much better safes out there but the price was ok so I figured what the heck.
I called stack on today with a gut feeling I couldn't get the combination without a lot of paperwork. I scanned and emailed a copy of my receipt along with a number from a sticker on the front and had my combination within 5 minutes.
The customer service was better than great. The ladies were funny and poked a little about men's memories and lost combinations. just great people and fantastic customer service.
Just thought Id throw out positive feedback for a company with really great customer service.
now if I can only remember that combination?!?
