Speer Reloading Data for 7mm-08

Just picked up a box of Speer #1628 to try in my Tikka T3 7mm-08. This is their 145 grain Spitzer BTSP. Speer is one manual I do not have. Can anyone with the manual provide me with starting and ending loads for any of these powders, please?

Speer only lists Varget; CCI 200, Remington case, COL-max...2.800", Varget starting load;37.0 grains up to 41.0 grains maximum. You may want to research the other two powders on Hodgdon's and Alliant's data web sites. Just search, Alliant powder and Hodgdon powder and follow the prompts. 7-08 a delightful round but I do prefer the older brother the 7X57.

Just curious...do they have any load data for H414?

I worked up a load within the past two months. My starting point was 44gr RL17 with a 150gr SMK. Walked up the load to 46 gr RL17 with no signs of pressure in a Cooper M54 7mm08. Settled on 45gr based on general center of shot groupings. Then adjusted sitting depth. Final grouping was a three shot "classic" clover leaf with outside to outside measurement @ 0.30" (100 yds)

RL17 in my testing is clean and shots very well. I have no idea what velocity I'm getting with this load.
