I suspect there will be a lot of Lapua on the secondary market in the coming year when many of the people that bought ammo through the test center can't duplicate those results.

Really? I'm going to be keeping mine.
Plus, if you shoot matches, it's the easy button for ammo. Whether it's Lapua or Eley, I think the test center option is great

Not in my experience. I’ve been twice just this year and the ammo performs better for me using free recoil or or at least not locked down. With three different lots I have outperformed the tests out in the elements. A vise without wind is not a magic talisman.
