Mmmm why?
They do something with them and sometimes might be able to give advice on what to take or not take. I suppose there are 2 diffetent types of stones and they want to know which it is. Calcium or sodium.
Mmmm why?
40 grain would be sufficient Thanks Tim !
That’s neat that the blue ribbon funnel drops down in the vial.Necropost revival. I just tried this for the first time. One of the few things that worked better than expected!
Finished off an odd 1# of Varget for my 6.5x47. After charging the 80 pieces of brass, I put the rest in vials. I see lots of ways to use these. Mainly when traveling and doing load development. I hate weighing powder & traveling with my scale.
Yep. I tried the grey one first, but it required 2 hands and wasn’t a good fit. Lost a few kernels. Blue Ribbon was perfect. The vials are 1/2” OD, so a 33/64” drill did the trick for the block. Goes pretty fast with only 2 holes. That’s neat that the blue ribbon funnel drop down in the vial.
Good information. Do you have a link for the vials you use? Thanks.Yep. I tried the grey one first, but it required 2 hands and wasn’t a good fit. Lost a few kernels. Blue Ribbon was perfect. The vials are 1/2” OD, so a 33/64” drill did the trick for the block. Goes pretty fast with only 2 holes.

Flat Bottom screw type tops for small powder charges, someone had a source with Webb address but can't find it . E-Bay is full of them but like to hear s input from some users, this one had a a tray they carried them in but that's not important. 40 grain would be sufficient Thanks Tim !
