Sorry Dusty, Not even close to three months. Mine took over 8 months and was on the new system. It’s taking 238+ days for atf approval at this very moment if you keep up with it.

Well i guess im wrong these days. My brother got one in 92 days back in may/june. I guess those kiosks and the e-file have gotten overwhelmed.

I'm in a Form1/Form4 group - There's been a ton of discrepancies... some folks reporting 30 days, some 14 months. Who knows how it works or what actually goes on at the ATF. A year ago when they brought eform 1 back, people were getting things approved in less than a month...

I had heard of others around that same time that were even less than 90 days thats why my brother went ahead and did it

If you have waited over a month, write your senators office (assuming they're R) and politely say this is an infringement of rights and taxation without representation, and would like representation, please contact the ATF office to understand what's taking so long.

... and I bet you get approved within a month. I've heard a lot of success stories.
