Solid Picatinny base for Savage Precision Action ?

Morning gents,

I am building a project rifle using Savage's new Precision action in 4rds DBM, the closed top small ejection port action. I am looking for a picatinny base wit NO ejection port cut-out similar to GAP7000 action,closed top port) base. Can you please let me know of any maker that offers solid picatinny base.

Check out Ken Farrell's website, he has a few listings for the Savage Precision Target Actions.
They don't show a pic but you could give them a call and find out if they have what you're looking for.
