Smith for bolt face bushing

My RPR is blanking the SRP on a virgin Peterson brass.

The load is Viht. 550, lowest on the load work up and my bullets are seating longer than SAAMI.

I did some reading online and it seems like the bolt for the RPR needs to be bushed.

Any recommendation for a gunsmith that does this type of task would be appreciated.

I have checked GRE-TAN and they are not taking new customers.

There's not a lot of info in your post and you are assuming that bushing the bolt is the answer.
I've had that issue with other rifles.
I was using CCI 450's and getting miss fires and no fires switched to CCI 400's to fire form the brass with great results and after brass was formed switched back to 450's.
Not sure if that helps, but let us know

So my question is on a bolt that needs bushed ,what kind of clearance are we looking at ? Hole diameter vs pin diameter. If you had the means could you just make a larger diameter pin?

So the next question is what is the non-captured firing pin issue ? How much clearance between firing pin and hole would be ideal?

What info am I missing that may advise otherwise?

I am not sure if bushing is the answer, but reading topics and forums discussion, points me that direction.

Another option is Long Rifles Inc.

LRI did two bolts for me think I had them back in a week. I hear he’s super busy at the moment though.
