Slo Mo video of projectile yawing in flight

I came across this video, which clearly shows the projectile yaw up and down, during it's flight. It is discussed in ballistics publications, but of course, I have never actually seen it. I am unqualified to discuss or explain the action, but it is pretty cool.
The best example is at about 8:10

There is also a point where a 6"gun's projectile is deflected by some watermelons, it occurs at 13:40

My wifes from there. Thats a ranch you can go to and pay to hunt, pay to drive and shoot the tank. I forgot the name of the ranch. Its a young guy that owns is, early to mid 30s. He developed the software the military adopted for missle guidance weapon systems. Something around about that is the story. Place is expensive to go too. The tank fun is $$$$$ as well. $3200 to drive and shoot the tank once.

I was amazed that the guy only had foam plugs in for firing the tank and the blast from the brake was enough to blow his glasses off.

Question: How is it possible that that tank gun could have any rifling left if they are firing a steel projectile?

I didn't see any driving bands. So, it seems like it wouldn't be stabilized too good.

In the next video they have one of the shells - it has a copper driving band

All I keep thinking is being the 13th guy in line and wondering how I made it and everyone in front of me.....
