sleeve for rem

Is anyone still making sleeves for Remington actions. what i am looking for is a sleeve with the footprint of a Panda action. Or similar.
I have a few GOOD Remington actions from my IBS Hunter gun days and would like to build a long range
rifle. I have a good stock inletted for a Panda , the reason for the sleeve.
any info would help.

I saw one on Speedy's site several years ago. I called and immediately wanted one, but they were not available and he didn't have an estimated arrival date. I kept calling and he finally told me that he gets them from John Lowe in CA. He also make a rest. I think it's called J&J Precision. Anyhow, I got one from him and it was a very ice piece.
