SG&Y action sleeve question

I see SG&Y makes two sizes or action sleeves, long and short. Does the SG&Y action sleeve have the same footprint as the Panda ? If so, which one is same size as the Panda ?

I believe that the short one is the same as a Panda, but you should call Speedy before starting a project.
