SK Pistol Match

Well today, i took it out.. Using CCI SdV at first and then shot these with Center-X. For me and these targets it is more bout my still learning about how the rifle wants to be shot (and remembering that from shot to shot), you can see where i faultered on a few.

The P stand for my having pulled the shot and the WC means that i missed the wind call on that shot.

The rifle wants a lil shoulder and some slight hand pressure to shoot it.. it does not like free recoil.. if You do, it won't cycle correctly.. and you get a lot of vertical.

Here is the second target, you can see where i just lost pace with how to shoot it.. got up and walked away from it for a few and then came back to it.

got my case on Thursday, shot on Friday. The pistol match is impressive. I am not posting any targets because, I forgot the wind flags. Perhaps next time I shoot. I did shoot the ammo in three rifles, Anschutz 54 super match, Remington 40X and a auto, Compass lake A4. nilebartram

I hope the lot you got from Grafs is better than the one I got, also when my test brick of pistol match arrived the outer box was perfect shape and the ammo carton and boxes were torn, smashed , never again from grafs

I had one problem with Graf, ordered a bunch of 22lr to try and 1000 185gr 45cal bullets also. Outer box was crushed and the 45 bullets busted loose, all over the inside. I sent pictures of the outer box and the busted bullet carton. Talked to a Janet and she made sure that that would never happen. Have ordered 4 times since, evrything has been fine. I think the UPS people dropped the box. Now they shipped Fed EX . nilebartram

My 10/22 so far really likes CCI SV, SK SP and Center-X, I took the old PRX tuner that was on it off and put a Harrells tuner on it with a JJ slide20171002_163634.jpg
And after finally figuring out how the rifle wants to be shot.. i am of firm belief that i will be putting my X-III Tim Miller build rifle up for sale.. it is in a Pippin stock and has a Muller barrel on it. Original older style Harrell's tuner with weight, set at the Purdy Rx number.. Trigger is a B & A
