I realize that. They have a different mic top.
The mic is built into the body- i just did one for a member here. If you want precision get a newlon blank with the mitutoyo mic on top, otherwise the wilson can really dial em in well within the tolerances of most bullet ogives. Or if you like the inline style get yourself a JLC die with the clicks in it.

Years ago I bought a very close fitting arbor press type seater for my 6PPC. It did not have the option of any sort of built in micrometer, so I devised a system that works for me, is quite convenient, and is impossible to make a mistake with. I measure and adjust the combined length of the seating stem and its cap (the part that you press against to seat the bullet. This length is what i record in my loading notes. After a little practice, adjustments are quick and easy.

Thats how i record my seating depths with my jlc seater. I measure its length without the stem in it after seating to my zero length with that bucket of bullets. Works very well but you have to make sure youre using good bullets that are repeatable where the seating stem hits. Glad you mentioned it here its good info for sure

I have the Wilson micro. Wish I had gotten the Sinclair's. The clicks would help to find "that spot" better I would think.
I didn't load 200 before I quickly ordered the micro adjustment.
Same with the pmi tool for my fl die.
I'll not be with out either ....

Thanks for posting that. The blank I saw on the interwebs didn't look anything like it. The micro top was generic. Had I been aware of that piece available as a blank I'd have gone that route. Got a link? I looked again this morning and no luck.
