Sinclair Shooting Stool Problem

I have a Sinclair shooting stool that I've had for 15 years or so. Suddenly it will not operate correctly i.e., sit on it and it won't lock in just bottoms out every time you sit on it. Can any adjustments or repairs be made on this, or do I need to purchase another stool? It has worked perfectly for all the time I've had it.

Thanks

What did Sinclair tell you? I'm sure that they know more about their product than we do.

I’ve been on Brownells website several times and their live chat (product/technicalquestions) is always busy. Will try via phone next week however thought other members may have experienced the same issue.

Brownells has a lifetime warranty on everything......I think you have 45 days to return an item for refund after that gift card. Check it out on their website.

pedestals must be stored at maximum height position. Storing compressed wears them out quickly. Ran bass boats for 20 plus years. Didn't take long to learn this.
