FYI: I got a snail mail flyer from Cabela's and it listed a "new model" Sig Sauer rangefinder KILO 2000 for $379.99 and $50 in Cabela's Bucks when you spend $200 in the store. I've read some good reviews on the original unit. Is this the latest and greatest?

When you get it, take it out and run it through the works. Report back on your findings. Try in bright sun and also in rain and fog. Matt

Will do. Swfa has them on back order and if I knew that I'd have probably looked for it somewhere else. I need it for a hunt I'm going on in November. Sold my 1200 model so kinda like to have it by then. I will definitely put it ti all the tests if I have it in time for my hunt. I'll use it coyote hunting this winter pretty extensively as well. I'll report my experience and what I learn
 
Good thing about Cabelas having that sale is if swfa doesn't get the shipment before I head out on my trip, I'll cancel the order and head to the Cabelas store here and pick one up. They have several in stock.

If you order one online, you can have it shipped to the store and save the shipping.

That's what I do when I have to order. Currently there in stock. I'd have to order at least a week early to Gaurantee it's shipped in store to pick it up. I'm giving swfa until Nov 6 to ship. I'll cancel and head to Cabelas if it's not out by then.
