Sierra"s poor bullet bearing surface runout

Bullet sorting sucks but on occasion it may be necessary. I tend to stay at least .030" off the lands with my loads so you don't go from a jam to jump with inconsistent bullets.

Last year I used unsorted 107 seirras 6mm br in the WI F-O state championship at 600 yards. 799-56X. My first shot for record in the first relay was a 9. Those unsorted Green box bullets were one point away from a National record that day.

Hell may-be I should have sorted them?? ;D

I checked the IBS equipment list and looks as though anyone in the winners circle is shooting yellow/orange bullets so if im getting beat by them(yellow/orange) its gunna be a easy record keeping year. ;D

Note that I do NOT want to take sides in this as I use another brand of bullets, but if you could read 2 messages in my email inbox.... you'd be wanting to check the 95's in those yellow/orange boxes real close too. WD
