Sierra Bullet Description Q

I shoot Berger 115 VLDs in my 6BR silhouette gun for Rams. The best I can get is with ~30 grains of N150 to push them to ~2,740fps.

Since I know this load is kind of hard on the brass (GRT estimates ~58,500 PSI) I'm considering converting my whole system to 6BRA, but it will have to wait until at least after Nationals in July.

I run 107 Seirra MK, 95 VLD & 105gr hybrid in my two 6 xc 8 twist. Of that lot the 107 & 105 run the best with 95gr VLD not far behind. It would be hard to pick from the 107 & 105's as they both preform equally great, so I run both. And buy each when they are on sale. I did pick up 500 D-tac and I'm looking forward to working a load up for them. Love my two 6xc's with these bullets, my biggest problem if you call it that is the fact the XC shoots about everything good but the 107 & 105's the best.

Precise, maybe not accurate at long range. That sounds like their claim and seems correct. I don’t see the discrepancy.
