I use everthing in the first set of pics.

The 550 Dillion is for rifle and the Square Deal is for hand gun.
The 2 Lyman Lubrisizers are set up with SPG in one for black powder stuff and currently Lyman moly for smokeless loads.
One Lyman 55 is for black and the others for smokeless.
I try to only load ammo and clean guns at home and do very little "smithing" there.


The 2nd set of pics is my business.
I have a tool box to hold all my molds, casting equipment action and barrel wrenches, ect.
The bench is for whatever gunsmith work I feel capable off at any given moment.
It's all stuffed behind my alignment machine :-(
I'll use the other benches from time to time for - stuff, but need to keep it as productive work space.

And the little silver job? It works great for getting out to the long range berms at the club.
It's fast and low enough to get under low hanging branches
Just kidding, it's a customers 328 and the 2 old Benz's are mine that I drive or use for loaners.

I converted my lower garage into my gun room. I have a shooting window during the winter by raising the garage door. I have 4 inches of Styrofoam insulation with a shooting window and can shoot one hundred yards. My wife is getting ready to shoot a group. I was going to clean things up before the pictures, but I was too lazy.

The trick is to teach the girls to reload so you don't have to. Gotta pass it on. Very nice setup btw. You must have something special hiding under that green cover.

Looking at the 3rd pic, specifically the lower left hand corner, there is a white cardboard box on top of the gray small parts bin cabinet that is not squarely aligned with the horizontal axis of the cabinet.... tsk..tsk...

Here is my reloading set-up. I have gone compact and have a system that I can set on a work table at home or take out to the range for real time load development.

Answers to Questions:

Its made from marine grade birch plywood and weighs 40 pound empty, about 60 pounds full of stuff.

The press is set back which prevents the box from rocking when resizing brass. I can fit a Harrell's 4 die turret along with a Harrell's single stage press in at the same time.

Version 2.0 is in the works minor changes coming in overall height, width and drawer height.

I needed a new bench for my reloading gear because the old desk I was using was an unstable POS. My brother picked up a butcher block workbench from Sears for his reloading bench, but it was way too high (needs a bar stool height chair for sitting), and it was freaking expensive.

Whilst looking around, I found this workbench at Costco for about $250. It is supposed to have high casters on the bottom, but I left them off, and it is the perfect height for sitting in my office chair while reloading.

This work bench is Heavy! If I could bolt it to the floor it would be even better, but the wife said 'NO WAY!' , arg.

Pretty good amount of lockable storage.

Came up with a quick change system for my single stage, turret, and bullet seater presses.

I believe your correct, I was so busy looking at his nifty little setup I over looked the cord however I have heard some of the guys are running converters off of batteries for total portability.

Joe and Dennis, I thought about cleaning my bench up for a photo but hell, I use it to hard and believe it or not I know exactly where everything is. If I clean it up, I'll be looking for stuff all day. I know what it must look like to everyone but it's my Therapy Room and is heaven, right here in Pa.

What mess are you reffering to? Remember what they say about a clean desk?
