Show us your lathe Gang Tooling! Here mine I milled out today!

I cut one that requires no reduction sleeves and mounts directly to the tool post. Plus every hole was is bored on center. No height adjustment will ever be required.
But it was a lot of chips to to cut out.
To top it off I mounted a MT4 tool post to the Carriage makes it super handy.
I’d love to see yours!

God Bless,
Dustin

Very nice! Should make for some, nice repeatable cuts.

Really a nice looking unit, but I don't think I fully grasp the reasoning behind the build.
Everyone has a different lathe setup, so could you spell out the features?
(For the slow kids in the class)

Time savings and repeatability.
In CNC repeatability is only as good as your tooling. Qctp do no repeat as well as you think of they advertise. This prevents 4 different tool changes.

Less then 5 minutes to cut a tennon.

Gunsmithing Gang Tooling, Cnc gunsmithing,

God bless,

Ahhh, I see. I work on CNC's for a living, but I never see those little toolroom lathes. Sort of forget they exist.
Every CNC lathe I work with has a 12 station turret.

Am I to access that there is no dialing in the the barrels bore, this setup would be limited to concentricity with the barrel OD or am I missing something?
