OK Here's mine. Lawton 7500 polished and built by Bob Green. It's a Dasher at the moment but originally wore a 6.5x47 Krieger tube.

Lawton 7500 Short RB,LP,RE 1.450dia.
Lawton 20MOA Scope base.
6 Dasher 28" Bartlien 1:8T with a Bob Green tuner.
Jewell trigger.
Richard Franklin made Lowrider stock. Inletted, sanded, bedded and finished by Bob Green.
It now wears a B&L 36x scope.
The rifle is 4yrs old now and STILL, EVERY time I take it to a shoot or the local range for testing someone remarks on it's beauty!
OH and it SHOOTS TOO!
Larry

very nice alnyhus, i had a bruno/mcmillan RBLP..i liked it but sold the rifle it was glued into.lol..

40x guy, very nice. i'm wanting to build a dasher..i been building it in my head for awhile now and feel i know what i want and what chamber im going to try..i'm going to try the no turn .2705 neck..what neck is your's?

My latest project arrived home this spring, nicknamed Ol’ Red by the stock maker.
Specs are as follows:
Kelbly Atlas action; serial 0001P (prototype) Smithed by Kelbly’s of Ohio including a coned bolt and TG static ejector
Bill’s bolt knob
Tom Myers of X-Treme Shooting products supplied the outstanding 2-stage trigger
8-32x56 NightForce NXS
6.5x47 Lapua cut with custom reamer from Dave Kiff; PT&G
Bartlein barrel 1-8 twist 30” long
Stock is a color called “Applejack”. Everything from a raw blank to what you see here, including the bedding with Devcon and the finish work was done by Mike Schenz also of Ohio. If the design looks familiar it should, it has been copied from a popular McMillan design.
Enjoy,
Lloyd

I did a bit of a thread on this rifle a while back but I just fitted a set of new skins to it and snapped some fresh photos. It's a 6BR using a Howa action, modified 223 AI mags and home-made stock but it's a real shooter. I've dragged it around the bush a few times, shot a couple of tactical matches with it and an f-class match where it did really well.

FJIM, neck in my rifle is .268 so I am turning necks. Freebore set up for 107 Sierra's. If I remember right freebore is .123.

Here is my current project
Robertson BRX stock
1993 Hall Model s action " unfired"
Jewell trigger.
1993 Shilen 6ppc barrel chambered by Dwight Scott " Unfired"
Getting ready to box it all up and send it off to Tom M for bed work. Should make for a great rifle.

Wow, those are some great looking rifles.

Mine has a homemade action with a PTG bolt. The stock is walnut from a tree my brother-in-law cut down about 10 years ago when he was building his house. I had it sawed up and stored in my building. The barrel is a Krieger chambered in a 6 Dasher. It is a 600 yard light gun.

G&M Custom is just the name I use on all my stuff - Gary & Monica got to include the wife you know.

Thanks Gary

And keep those pictures coming!

Thanks Fellows, I really enjoy working on them. I am going to do another some day soon. But I am really amazed at the beauty of some of the stocks you see. I mean those Scovilles, how amazing is that?

Thanks Again and Keep them coming. Gary

Bobthenailer that's what i'm talking about..
I have seen many rifle's just like that one ,I even shot a few like that and they shoot in a hole.
But you do have too many knobs on that scope.lol

The ole Mauser shoots pretty well, groups tightened up after a barrel break in. The 8oz jard trigger really helps, these are fire forming and barrel break in loads...not to bad. Then this is my 300Weathergy Magnum and a 100yard group 0.084" 8)
