With all the interest in Hornady 6.5 PRC's, let's have a separate thread just for guys to show off their 6.5 PRC rifles. Stock, custom, or somewhere in between. Pictures, of course, and pertinent details are appreciated.

I'll start:

Remington 700 stainless long action, 28" Bartlein 8 twist Remington Varmint contour, McMillan Marksman stock, Seekins rings and 30 MOA picatinney rail, Nightforce 5.5-22x50.

I just picked up another 6.5 PRC I had built with a heavier barrel,

SS Sako A7 7mm Rem Mag donor rifle, action trued and squared, trigger set at 2.5lbs, 26" HawkHill #3 contour, 1-8 twist barrel, barrel bead blasted to match action, topped it with Talleys and a Zeiss V4 4-16x44,

first time out with factory Hornady Precision Hunter 143gr ELD-X it produced a 1.4" group at 300 yards, building some handloads tonight with Bertram Brass for another range day tomorrow.

Davis Custom Rifle build. 6.5PRC, Remington 700 long action, Proof Light Sendero barrel, 8 twist, 26 inch. Stock is McMillan Game Hunter. Scope is Leupold VX-5HD 3-15x44 with Inpact-29 MOA reticle. Triggertech trigger set at 1.5 lbs. Harrell’s radial muzzle break.
This gun is light. I use Sierra 150 SMK bullets and Reloader 26 and average 2980 muzzle velocity. It is accurate.

My latest lightweight 6.5 PRC built by gunsmith Gary Flach, 5lbs 12oz on its own, Kimber Montana 8400 (wsm donor) Titanium bolt handle and trigger guard, Action trued and squared, Mag box extended, trigger set at 2.5lbs,

23 inch #1 contour Fluted Benchmark barrel 1-8 twist, palm swell added to the Montana stock, beige paint with multi colour splatter on the stock, brown Gunkote to all metal surfaces, gun is a dream to shoulder and shoot, loves 56.5grs of R26/143gr ELDX/BR2 Primers/ADG brass.
