Besides exhibition grade walnut, I happen to like the variations available in spalted maple for rifle stocks.

I like shooting the TQ4 100 yard targets with the sights off a bench,,shot 7-8 200-19X but never have shot a 20X but I have bought some good flags since I shot it and gonna give it a try again when the weather warms up a little,,piece of maple I got from Don Stith for my Lilja barreled CZ455

Could you tell me more about the 28 ga.? I have a soft spot for fine shotguns, especially 28s.28GA, 22LR, 280AI and 375JDJ in the front. Its a shame they seem to spend so much time in the safe. Unfortunately, life is busy.
