Shout out to Hawke

I have several Hawke scopes on air rifles. Scopes on Springer air guns that are shoot everyday live a violent life. I have one that had the parallax adjustment freeze. I sent it back and just received a call, a new scope is on the way. Having bench and hunting rifles with scopes in the 3000.00 dollar range, the first time I bought a Hawke I said, what are we paying for. I just wanted to show there are other options out there with out spending big bucks all the time for many applications.

I had a Hawke Air Max 4-12 on my RWS Diana and either the windage or elevation stuck, Hawke replaced it fairly quickly with a new one. Meanwhile, a friend made me an offer that I couldn't refuse on the Diana so now I have a brand new scope and nothing to put it on. It is a good clear scope though and it survived a long time on the springer!

Bob, get an TX200 or HW 97 underlever. Both have excellent triggers and very accurate. Advantage of the Air Arms TX is it is very easy to work on. No spring compressor needed.

I’ll look into that, at times we have some pretty destructive squirrels in the yard. I enjoy shooting the air guns, the accuracy some of them have is simply amazing.
