Just wanted to give a shout out to the folks at Possum Hollow.
I had a heck of a time trying to figure out what the correct bore guide was for my rifle when trying to use the guide listed on Midway's website so I called Midway and asked what the correct bore guide was. The person I talked to could not figure it out and asked someone else what the correct one was.
I received the bore guide from Midway and it was the wrong one. I called them and after being on hold for 20 mins. I decided to called Possum Hollow and find out the P/N for the correct guide.
When I called, someone picked up right away. I explained my predicament and asked for the correct number. I told him what type rifle I had and he rattled the number off right away. When I thanked him and said I would call Midway to make the return, he said not to bother that he would take care of it.
He got my address and sent me the correct guide out that day. He told me he would enclose an envelope with postage to return the incorrect one I had received.
Two days later I received the correct item, an addressed envelope and $3 in cash for return postage.
In no way am I trying to ding Midway but rather thought it would be a good thing to recognize and share with others the great treatment I got from Possum Hollow!
Nice to know there are still those out there that put their money where there mouth is when it comes to customer service.
