Shout out to Brunos

Just wanted to give a shout out to Brunos for great customer service. I had ordered some primers which never arrived and got lost by UPS. I called Bruno's and informed them what had happened and they opened up a claim with UPS. I waited for about a week and when UPS could not locate it ,I called again and they resent my order with no charge . I have ordered from them in the past with no issues and just want to say thanks and great customer service .

Only bought a barrel from them last year. Hearing things like this definitely instills confidence in me when making a purchase...and absolutely none with the shipping service haha.
 
Brunos was a little overpriced for me until recently. Their prices have seemed to fallen back in line and I ordered 2K primers from them. Good experience with Brunos and will order again from them.
 
Whilst I am not knocking Brunos. I don't understand why you think that getting something that you paid for is going above and beyond normal customer service. Unless you arranged UPS delivery yourself then it was down to Brunos to put it right. As it was their contract with UPS not yours.
However if you meant no charge whatsoever and where refunded on the initial order and gifted the primers, then yes great customer service and well done to Brunos.

This is the problem with plastering those stickers all over powders and primers. I've had powder go missing twice with FedEx. One of those times they delivered just the empty box, which was a pita to deal with because FedEx claims it was delivered and you can't prove they delivered it empty.

That's when it's important to have a dealer with good customer service. If tracking never shows delivered FedEx is on the hook, if tracking shows delivered you have to hope the dealer makes it right.
