They have done the same for me. Gave me extras too. Never needed them, never had a problem with one of their triggers.

Funny thing. A couple of years ago I needed a few internal springs for my triggers. They told me on the phone that they couldn't sell me those and I would need to send my triggers back for repair. About a week later I received a small package that had the springs in it and no invoice. Great trigger and great company.

Mirror's my experience also.I've had some decent tuned factory triggers and few other aftermarket triggers,but nothing as good as the jewell's...
