Shotgun,what is it?

I picked this shotgun up in a box lot and was wondering if anyone might be able to tell me the maker? Thanks for looking.

Since I don’t see any barrels, now what ? With the basic wood stock and minimal engraving I suspect it was a low cost import ,a utilitarian grade , at the early part of this century. If you have the barrels and after inspection by a gunsmith who was very familiar with shotguns then it could be used. Without them it would not be worth restoring it in my opinion.

I had one similar long ago . Seems like it was a "Pride of Spain " or some such name . I could be way off base on yours, but it looks of the same quality .

Thanks for the replies. This is all that I was able to put together from the parts in the box. Sounds like it will be just something to look at.
