Your favorite 12ga is all you need and test the choke\pattern. I use a sx3 with remington HD BB 3" dead coyote choke. More penetration than #4 buck with way more pellets. Its discontinued but I have a big stash. Used the same from a Beretta 3901 too, same result. The one you crush the clays and birds with is gonna be your best bet! I like my shotguns light and long.
