The e-targets are pretty accurate. Calibration is probably the biggest hurdle. Getting the shots to show up exactly where they land is a little tricky because one batch of targets to the next may be off dimensionally or measuring on a bullseye the exact distance away takes some effort.I am still in the que to get one. Have not taken my name out. As I understand from this thread, the lead time has been quite long. Dont expect to hear anything till after the first of the year.
That is what people complain about and it's a non issue because you only care about shooting to the center between the microphones. The bullseye now is just an aiming point for you. The shot marker would work with an empty wood frame.
If you need greater accuracy, there are some systems out there but they are not cost under a grand.
I especially like using one for ladder testing because it keeps track of your shot sequence.
